At Cleanora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition
  • Products without their original packaging or accessories

Cash on Delivery (COD)

All Cash on Delivery orders must be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Once an order has been accepted and paid for, any return request will be reviewed according to this policy.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we may:

  • Replace the product with the same item, or
  • Issue a refund using an appropriate payment method, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Delivery Refusal

Please place an order only if you intend to accept the delivery. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being declined.
